My coaching style is both strategic and contextual which enables organisational change. I have the courage to say what I see and to deal with the impact that has on those I am coaching. I enable people to acknowledge their own resources and develop them, engendering potential and confidence.
Life is what you make it. It's about you taking control and creating the life you want. I work with people in the corporate world who are taking on new responsibilities, looking for a change or are ready to step up their game.
I help individuals to clarify what exactly they want and then with my relaxed and informal style help them to achieve it. The coaching is enjoyable and productive and many insights are uncovered along the way.
I have a passion for working with motivated individuals worldwide who are ready for positive change in their personal and/or professional lives, no matter how big or small.
With over 22 years of military experience I'm extending my passion for COACHING and MENTORING to the wider industry. I joined the Armed Forces at the very young age of 16 and was awarded an Officer Commission in 2016.
I was the lead COACH to the British Army Combat Shooting Team for a highly successful tour of Australia in 2015. I was the lead COACH and MENTOR who implemented a COACHING and MENTORING culture within the Armed Forces from which I achieved my L7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring Qualification.
I have a fantastic family and we reside in Surrey.
I love all sports, in particular Cricket, I spend alot of my time giving something back to the community by COACHING young cricketers. I also Captain Pirbright Cricket Club, if you fancie a game, please get in touch!
I love contributing to charitable organisations. In 2016 I was selected to be a Team Leader for the National Citizen Service (NCS) which involved COACHING and MENTORING young people from diverse backgrounds.
